1. As the visual storyteller for our company, you’ll be responsible for storyboarding, scripting, shooting footage, editing, managing creative assets, and maintaining all video equipment.

2. Collaborate with the group marketing and communications team, as well as marketing teams of individual brands to produce engaging visual content that strongly communicates the brand narrative, goals and concepts of each brand.

3. Responsible for maintaining photo and video libraries and work with influencers to film their videos.

4. Perform full production of multimedia content from concept to final output and archiving. Edit, compile, convert and create new videos from existing footage as needed.

5. This includes scheduling, directing talent, choreography, capturing video & audio, importing media, designing & inserting static or motion graphics, editing, adding music/voiceovers/sound effects, working with writers, adjusting feedback, encoding, and delivering finished projects within given time frames.

6. Produce multi-media assets that promote product and program marketing, awareness, and education, customer stories, social engagement, recruitment, and other enterprise-wide projects.

7. Monitor and stay informed on visual content production and delivery trends.

8. Set guidelines for brands in terms of how they produce their visual content, the photography style; work with the creative team on accurately documenting the brand visual language into curated guidelines.

9. Publish and distribute videos as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 3-5 years in video production, professional commercial, events photographer, shooting commercial videos and content creation
- Locally available with valid RP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 per month
