**Sales Strategy**: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes identifying potential clients, creating sales presentations, and negotiating contracts.

**Market Research**: Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt sales approaches and identify new opportunities.

**Communication Skills**: Effective communication is essential, including active listening, persuasive speaking, and the ability to convey complex information in a simple and understandable manner.

**Closing Deals**: Sales Specialists work towards closing deals and converting leads into customers. This involves negotiation, handling objections, and finalizing contracts.
