**Job Summary**:
The FF&E Procurement & Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for commercial, or residential projects. This role ensures that all FF&E items are sourced, ordered, delivered, and installed in line with design specifications, budget, and project timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret FF&E design specifications and schedules from interior designers or project managers.
- Source and evaluate vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers for FF&E items.
- Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotes), RFPs (Request for Proposals), and purchase orders.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Manage procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor budget compliance and cost control throughout the procurement process.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and freight forwarders for international and local shipments.
- Oversee quality control, sample approvals, and shop drawings.
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery status to project sites.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory logs.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to deliveries, defects, or returns.
- Work closely with project managers, interior designers, and site teams to ensure smooth coordination.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of FF&E materials, specifications, and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- 5-10 years of experience in FF&E procurement.
- Experience working with international vendors and logistics is highly preferred.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
