**About the Role**:
You will play a key role in establishing, optimizing, and enforcing data governance policies, standards, and frameworks across the organization, ensuring high data integrity, compliance, and accessibility for critical business functions, particularly in **financial services** and **asset management** domains.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain **enterprise-wide Data Governance frameworks** and operating models.
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of **Data Governance platforms** such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Atlan, or Select Star.
- Implement and manage **Data Catalog**, **Data Quality**, and **Data Lineage** modules.
- Define and enforce **data standards, policies, and procedures** to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements (GDPR, BCBS 239, etc.).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to drive consistent data definitions and metadata management practices.
- Monitor and report on **data quality KPIs**, governance maturity, and compliance levels.
- Support the design and execution of **data quality improvement initiatives**.
- Mentor and guide junior data governance or data management team members.
- (Bonus) Lead or participate in **Informatica Cloud** data governance solution implementations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **10+ years** of professional experience in **Data Management / Data Governance**.
- Minimum **3 years of hands-on experience** implementing or managing enterprise Data Governance tools (e.g., **Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Select Star**).
- Proven track record in configuring and maintaining **Data Catalog**, **Data Quality**, and **Data Lineage** modules.
- Strong understanding of **metadata management, master data management (MDM)**, and **data privacy frameworks**.
- **STEM degree** (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field) preferred.
- Experience in **asset management** or **investment banking** is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of **Informatica Cloud** implementation is a plus.
