- **Customer Service**:
- Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers to enhance their buying experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues regarding products, repairs, and warranties.
- Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, conducting stock checks, and ensuring the availability of popular products.
- Organize the display of watches to ensure an attractive and well-presented sales environment.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting in-store sales, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Assist in executing visual merchandising strategies to display watches effectively.
- **After-Sales Support**:
- Help customers with post-purchase services like warranties, repairs, and watch fittings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality throughout the buying cycle.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Track and report sales performance to senior management.
