**Role Summary**

We are launching a new operational venture under Rankoussi Group, focused on the design, manufacturing, and execution of **signage (indoor and outdoor)** and **urban furniture** for streets, parks, and public infrastructure. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **General Manager** to lead the full scope of this business, from operational setup to daily management and strategic growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone with strong experience in public infrastructure, manufacturing, and government contracting in Qatar.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the establishment and operation of a new entity specialized in signage and urban furniture.
- Oversee production, design, project execution, installation, and after-sales service teams.
- Develop and implement business plans, performance KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Manage all commercial operations, including tenders, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards (e.g., Ashghal specifications).
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, consultants, and contractors.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvement, and quality assurance across departments.
- Represent the company at a senior level in all external communications and negotiations.
- Report regularly to the parent group on performance, financials, and strategic opportunities.

**Required Qualifications**
- **10+ years** in a senior operations or general management role within **signage, manufacturing, public infrastructure**, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of **street furniture**, metal fabrication, powder coating, and signage production processes.
- Demonstrated experience with **government projects**, especially in Qatar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Financial literacy with experience managing **P&L, budgeting, and cash flow**.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience setting up or restructuring operational divisions or companies.
- Familiarity with **ERP systems, project scheduling tools**, and **tendering platforms**.
- Track record of improving efficiency and delivering profitable growth.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)
