Senior Architectural Engineer
- **Project Planning and Design**:

- Lead design development and concept creation.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed design drawings and sketches.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- **Technical Leadership**:

- Provide expert advice on design, materials, and construction methods.
- Solve complex design and technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate project operations, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and architects.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure design accuracy in construction.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- **Client Liaison and Communication**:

- Present design concepts and updates to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address feedback.
- Manage client expectations regarding design and project timelines.
- **Sustainability and Innovation**:

- Integrate sustainable design practices.
- Introduce innovative solutions based on emerging trends and technologies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed project reports.
- Document design changes, approvals, and decisions throughout the project.
- **Construction Administration**:

- Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance.
- Resolve on-site issues related to design or construction.
- Approve contractor submittals for materials and methods.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across disciplines.
- **Cost Estimation and Budget Management**:

- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- Ensure the project remains within budget throughout the lifecycle.
- **Regulatory and Legal Compliance**:

- Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
