ABOUT US:
EGO Laser Clinic in Qatar is the new go-to destination for most effective dermatological and gynecological care and cutting-edge non-surgical aesthetic procedures.

ROLE:
As an Administrator, you are playing the vital role in our business by acting as the first point of contact for customers who contact or visit our clinic. The first impression about our clinic clients will get from the communication with you, starting from consulting them online and then when they come for their first visit.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage appointments schedule

Communication with clients via phone and messages, consulting them

Act as first point of contact for visitors, welcome and accommodate them

patients registration

ensuring clinic space, including the treatment rooms is clean and well-organized at all times

re-ordering consumables for the clinic operation

utilize a soft-sell approach to promote our skincare services, products and packages

coordinate with electrical engineer for equipment maintenance

collect payments

try to fill the slots in case of cancellation

manage waiting list.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Interest to the aesthetic field

high diploma

Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Arabic will be an advantage

Excellent Customer service skills

previous experience in customer experience in customer service or sales

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships

Positivity, Honesty

Sales Techniques knowledge

High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong organisational and time management skills

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Fast learning
