**Preferred Qualifications**

As an OSM Senior Consultant here at Oracle, you're expected to:

- Have working experience over 5+ in OSM Development.
- Research required information using available resources and Offer Solution to customers.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
- Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and Domains who can best support he user,
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Create SOPs for new Issues and resolution given.

Your key responsibilities here will include:

- Implementation experience using O2A PIP, RODOD/RSDOD, OSM O2A PIP extension, Cartridge versions
Involved in the installation of the OSM
- Working on integrated lab setup (OSS/BSS) using OSM 7.3.x (PIP 2.1.0), AIA
- Enhancement of existing functionalities in OSM.
- Working on CFS, the RFS configurations model

Our desired skills include:

- Hands-on experience in
- handling deployment and support
- Customization of the OOTB cartridges using OSM 7.3.x
- developing and maintaining OSM cartridges using O2A PIP 2.1.0 or later
- experience in Automation Plugin development using XQuery & Java
- Experience in AIA integrations are added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Java
- Good understanding of PSR Model, Order Transformation, Calculate Service Order is added advantage.
- Good Team player.
- Good communication skill
- Open to travel as per the project requirement

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
