- Rigorous and critical thinking, open-mindedness, and a willingness to share knowledge.
- Strong skills in writing technical reference materials.
- Leadership capabilities, strong listening and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively on complex projects in multicultural environments.
- Possesses good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Willing and able to make frequent visits to construction sites.
