Oversee installation and management of the inhouse Asset and Facilities Management Software (AFMS).
- Perform duties such as planning and organizing maintenance schedules of client managed assets through the inhouse AFMS.
- Maintenance planning.
- Engage contractors to perform tasks related to operations maintenance & repair within the scope of their contract and the purpose of their engagement.
- Previous experience in projects with CAFM system configuration and implementation.
- Plan the work and intervention of engineering and maintenance experts over local projects.
- Provide expert knowledge of the overall status, problems and conditions of local projects at all times.
- Instruct service providers with regards to the discharge of their duties.
- Working knowledge of city management/real estate operations.
- Ensure the performance monitoring system is working accurately including all contractual KPIs.
- Recommend and execute modifications to the AFMS to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Coordinate and monitor various disciplines of work related to all FM contracts. Includes issuance of reports and management of data received from the Service Providers, Sub Service Providers, and other appropriate specialities.
- **Other Duties**_
- Provide feedback to contractor engineers on customer problems and needs.
- SHare complaints/ remarks from tenants to Sales & Marketing team and relevant customer relations.
- Provide support and training to all stakeholders on the AFMS system.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with mínimal guidance.

**Salary**: QAR19,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
