Providing desktop and server support. Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops as per the company standards.
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and are updated periodically.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, scanners, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN and WAN environment.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Escalate issues and involve supporting experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- As per operational requirements, you will be responsible work extra hours to meet the given task, deadlines.
- Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned.
- You will be responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory.
- Ensure that a high level of service and support is provided to all our subsidiaries and business unites.
- Responsible to attend calls after working hours, weekend and public holidays as and when required per our nature of business operations.
- To brief and update your reporting Manager, on all office activities on daily basis and carry out any other assignment /duties given to you.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
