**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive cum Course Counselor to join our team. This dual-role position combines sales acumen with counseling skills to help clients explore and enroll in our educational programs and courses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Counsel prospective students on available courses, programs, and career paths.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and client counseling, preferably in an educational or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex information clearly.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Relevant educational background or certifications are a plus.
