Technical Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume the role of a Tech Lead, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring the successful execution of projects
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Azure DevOps as a configuration management tool, effectively utilizing it to manage source code, builds, deployments, and release management processes
- Utilize your expertise in Angular, Web API, MVC,.NET Core, DI (Dependency Injection), LINQ, jQuery, Kendo UI, and Telerik controls to design, develop, and enhance complex.NET-based solutions
- Proficiency in SQL commands and experience with Entity Framework to interact with databases, design efficient data models, and optimize database performance
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and clients, to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to maintain code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in.NET development, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, leading a team of developers in a fast-paced, Agile software development environment
- In-depth knowledge of.NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
- Strong proficiency in Angular, Web API, MVC,.NET Core, DI, LINQ, jQuery, Kendo UI, and Telerik controls
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps as a configuration management tool, including source control, build pipelines, and release management
- Solid understanding of SQL commands, database design, and optimization techniques, with experience working with Entity Framework
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

ADDITIONAL
- You will be working on site, from our client's office in Doha
- The working schedule is 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday (In Qatar, weekend is Friday to Saturday)
