**About the role**:
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Crew Resources team as a Crew Rostering Officer to be based in Doha, Qatar.

As a Crew Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for creating legal, optimised roster for pilots and cabin crew using specialised optimisation systems, and ensuring that all roster-related activities are performed within deadlines.

**Specific responsibilities for the role include**:

- Ensure QCAA regulations and requirements, company policies and procedures are complied with during planning and production of crew rosters.
- Build various roster scenarios to determine “best” solution within given parameters for the current roster planning period.
- Assist with conducting analysis of various rosters “what if” scenarios and Ensure roster production cycle is followed.
- Process all roster pre-assignments (except leave and training) prior to rosters construction.
- Ensure timely receipt of all required roster information (including information from Crew Resources team) and notify the Lead Officer if any is not received within expected period.
- Support the Lead Officer to improve the roster quality and impact on crew satisfaction, absenteeism, attrition, morale, fatigue risk and operational integrity (e.g. rule buffer, standby coverage).

Qualifications

**About you**
- Relevant College or University qualification with a minimum of 3 years job-related experience.
- Experience in Crew Resources related role including Rostering.
- Knowledge of crew management and roster optimization systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements & Flight Time Limitation Scheme.
- Good understanding of crew rostering processes.
- Proven ability to maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
