Position Summary:
Coordinator will be responsible to support showroom in change is smooth running of showroom operations to act as per Show room DOA. Making Delivery note and billing. He will maintain showroom decorum and support responsibilities related to development of showroom business, customers handling and customer satisfaction. Handling inward, outward and inside material will be direct responsibility of coordinator. Coordinator will follow below mentioned job description.

**Job Description**:
1. iScala function, making delivery notes for every sale (cash or credit customer)

2. IScala function, billing orders after delivery

3. Picking materials from shelves and issuing to customer

4. Ensuring correct materials are issued to customers

5. Loading/unloading of materials

6. Delivery to customers near showroom

7. iScala function, raising GRN for materials received against purchase orders

8. Receiving, counting and shelving materials received from suppliers/warehouse

9. iScala function, part number creation for new products

10. Daily cycle count of assigned areas of showroom shelves

11. Monthly spot count of random 40 line items required for showroom managers monthly report

12. Maintain cleanliness in the showroom

13. Filing of invoices and Purchase orders/GRN

14. Supporting sales team with customers when there are more walk-in customers in the showroom

15. Supporting sales team checking prices in the market

16. Collection of materials ordered from the local market (near showroom)

17. Facilitate transfer of materials from Qatar Warehouse to Doha showroom

18. Listing non-available items requested or enquired by customers

Coordinating with local logistics company for deliveries.

**Education/Experience**:

- **Bachelor / Diploma in Accounting**
- **Well versed with Computer**
- More than 5 years of experience in similar job
