**Job title: HR Assistand**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The role involves handling employee records, recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and assisting with HR policies in compliance with Qatar Labor Law.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and staff documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records (QID, passport, visas, contracts).
- Handle staff attendance, leave requests, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions.
- Support HR in organizing training and development programs.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in staff welfare activities and employee engagement.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience (experience in Qatar preferred).
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
