**OVERVIEW**

A Product Specialist (in Medical Supplies) will seek out customers and sell our products and services as well as deliver exceptional customer service, answering all customer questions and concerns regarding our Medical Supply and Devices and helping them make the most informed buying choice possible. You will demonstrate your technical knowledge of our various product options in a friendly and helpful manner, treat potential customers with the utmost respect, and follow up with them, making every effort to close the sale in a professional manner.

**RESPONSABILITIES**

1. Continuously expand knowledge of our product line

2. Always deliver exceptional customer service

3. Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have

4. Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely

5. Accurately communicate all technical specifications

6. Work cooperatively with the rest of the team

7. Seek self-improvement through mentoring and coaching from senior team members

8. Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times

9. Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow-up

10. Follow up with potential and existing customers to promote new or current products.

11. Offer related products and services to new customers

12. Assist in new product introduction and release activities

13. Work with sales team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.

14. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.

15. Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.

16. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on day to day activities, sales objectives & activities, target progress, etc.

17. Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales pipeline to management.

**QUALIFICATONS**

1. University Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Derma, Medicine or related field

2. Significant work experience in Medical Devices and Consumable product sales strongly preferred

3. Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately

4. Able to work cooperatively as part of a team

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

6. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

7. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, reliable and punctual

8. Must have a Valid Qatar Driver's License and Mode of transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical Supply & Devices: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Driving License (required)
