**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor for Metal Fabrication and Stainless Steel**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Oversee the maintenance of fabrication machinery and equipment including CNC machines, laser cutters, press brakes, shearing and bending machines, and welding units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance staff while ensuring proper prioritization of urgent repairs.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime and maintain high production efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with workplace regulations.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Train and mentor technicians and junior maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for specialized repair works or technical support.
- Propose and execute continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and cost-effectiveness.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of metal fabrication machinery, including CNC and manual machines.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Excellent team leadership and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance strategies and systems (CMMS experience is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in case of emergencies or production needs.
