We are looking for a **Mechanical & Piping Lead**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Doha, Qatar Onshore**

**Estimated Start Date: ASAP**

**Estimated End Date: 31 Oct 2027**

**Contract Duration: 36 Months**

Qualification and Experience Required:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience
- 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g.,construction, installation, fabrication,execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Technical and Business Skills
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
- Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
- Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
- Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects,subsurface, etc.

Key Job Accountabilities
- Provides safety, Health and Environmental leadership by example to the Project Team and contractor, its sub-contractor and site vendors
- Responsible for ensuring the contractor team implements and sustains its obligations and responsibilities for HSES project deliverables.
- To deliver project phase requirements, milestones as defined in schedule in line with COMPANY Management System
- To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Mechanical and piping operations and Commissioning to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
- To contribute to the engineering, design check for the Mechanical and piping aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements by providing inputs
- To Participate to Risk Assessments kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, pre-Simops visits, technical meeting, Lesson learned etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.
- To ensure Permit To Work preparation in due time with needed technical and HSE documentation, in line with standards.
- To Ensure the proper quality and traceability of the fabrication assisted if required
- To Ensure with Contractors/Subcontractors that all the built dossiers are properly handover to the Onshore and offshore Team.
