**1. Educational Qualifications**:

- High school education with proven practical experience may also be accepted.

**2. Work Experience**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or handyman roles.
- Experience in commercial or residential facility upkeep is preferred.

**3. Core Responsibilities**:

- Carry out general civil works: plastering, painting, blockwork, tiling, concrete patching, and basic carpentry.
- Perform minor repairs on doors, walls, floors, ceilings, windows, and fittings.
- Address preventive and corrective maintenance issues.
- Assist with minor plumbing and electrical works (as a multi-skilled handyman).
- Respond to service requests and complete maintenance tasks promptly.
- Inspect and report civil-related defects or safety hazards in the facility.
- Support renovation, fit-out, and relocation work as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace.

**4. Technical Skills**:

- Ability to use hand and power tools (drills, grinders, cutters, etc.).
- Knowledge of construction materials and repair techniques.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings or instructions.
- Familiarity with maintenance job reporting (manual or via FM software is a plus).

**5. Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving attitude.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional behavior with residents, tenants, and clients.
- Flexibility in working hours, including shifts or emergency calls.

**6. Physical Requirements**:

- Fit to carry out manual work: bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights or confined spaces.
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
