**Job Summary**:
The F&B Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department. This position serves as the administrative and operational link between the F&B leadership team, service staff, kitchen teams, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and execution of all F&B-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with F&B outlets, kitchen, and procurement teams for daily operations and requirements.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, banquets, and seasonal promotions.
- Prepare and maintain reports including inventory, wastage, staff schedules, and sales summaries.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for order placements, follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain updated records of menus, pricing, recipes, and portion control documents.
- Support F&B Manager in scheduling staff and monitoring attendance.
- Track and report maintenance issues in F&B areas and follow up for timely resolution.
- Handle internal communication, notices, and memos within the department.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings and take minutes if required.
- Provide administrative support for training, onboarding, and documentation of F&B staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an F&B or hospitality coordination role i n Qatar.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of POS and inventory systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
