**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services for male clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest grooming trends and techniques.
- Offer expert advice on hair and beard care to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.
- Assist in promoting the barber shop’s services and products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barber (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Professional barbering certification (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the latest haircuts, styles, and grooming techniques.
- Ability to provide a high level of service to clients from various backgrounds.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Valid Qatari work permit or ability to obtain one
