Our client is a well-established and reputable company in the **printing and manufacturing industry**, known for delivering high-quality materials and solutions across the region. With a strong presence in the market and a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they specialize in products such as specialty papers, adhesive materials, lamination rolls, printing consumables, and binding supplies. We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a qualified and experienced **Sales Manager / Business Development Head** to join their team in **Doha, Qatar**. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in driving business growth within a dynamic and expanding organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Promote and sell products such as:

- Paper (coated, special, adhesive), lamination rolls
- Printing consumable materials
- Binding materials
- Printing chemicals and ink
- Lead and supervise a sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product delivery standards.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in sales or business development within the **printing or manufacturing industry**.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific products and materials.
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
