This role combines finance, legal compliance, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with executives and may cover multiple functions as needed in a startup environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and present financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations across operating markets
- Identify, assess, and manage financial and operational risks
- Conduct and interpret market and financial studies to guide strategic decisions
- Engage and negotiate with external clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate closely with the executive team on business strategy
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and financial modeling as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in finance leadership roles (startup experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of financial regulations, legal compliance, and risk management
- Strong analytical skills for market and financial studies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexibly and handle diverse tasks in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus but not required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, risk management, or related roles.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
