As a Cabin Safety Training Specialist (SEP), you will supervise delivery of Safety and Emergency procedures for Flight and Cabin Crew members in accordance with the approved syllabus. You will ensure compliance to the policies and procedures as laid down in the training documentations and Departmental Procedures manual and provide support and guidance to SEP/First Aid instructors in order to effectively accomplish their job functions. You will review and access Instructors performance by monitoring training delivery and conduct quarterly and annual performance appraisal and assist in development of Cabin Safety Training programs of current aircraft type in operations and future inductions into QR fleet.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role,
- Have a relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification or Diploma. A bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Management/Supervisory experience in Cabin Safety.
- Health and Safety certification or Aviation Safety based diploma will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in airline operations as a Safety Instructor.
- Excellent knowledge of Aviation Safety and Aircraft Systems
- Be conversant with QCAR Air Ops, QR Operations Manuals (OM Part A / OM Part D), and international safety standards such IATA Operational Safety Audit program.
- Should possess a people centric approach, and a passion for internal customer service
- Have excellent decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Should be confident when facilitating the professional and intellectual development of trainers.
- Be able to manage projects to their completion with mínimal supervision
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
