**Job Title**: PCS7 & Siemens Automation Systems Engineer

**Location**: RLIC, Industrial Area, and other project sites
**Employment Type**: Contract (24 months, extendable)
**Salary**: QAR 14,000 Full Package

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, engineer, and implement automation solutions using PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, and Simatic Batch.
- Develop, configure, and maintain PLCs including S7-400, S7-300, S7-1200, and S7-1500.
- Work with industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus (RTU & TCP/IP), OPC, HART, PRP, HSR, and IEC 61850.
- Implement and maintain server-client architectures and OPC servers.
- Utilize Siemens Process Historian and Information Server for data management and reporting.
- Lead project activities including design, internal testing, FAT, commissioning, and SAT.
- Prepare detailed documentation including FDS, cabinet drawings, testing procedures, heat load calculations, and O&M manuals.
- Provide customer training and support, addressing complex technical challenges.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with:

- PCS7 V9.0 and above (APL, PC, IL libraries)
- TIA Portal V16 and above
- WinCC (object customization experience)
- Simatic Batch
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in scripting.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid understanding of process industry verticals such as Water & Wastewater, Power Management Systems, PLC-based substation control, Metals & Mining, etc.
- Experience in electrical and control systems is an advantage.
