**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize the sourcing and procurement of materials for our beauty products. This role involves building strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and packaging, and implementing effective procurement strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to source high-quality materials for beauty products, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery conditions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order creation, tracking, and vendor communication.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D and marketing, to align procurement strategies with product development and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to make informed sourcing decisions and optimize procurement strategies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
