**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to clients
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the business and services
- Deliver high-quality photography and videography services to clients, including weddings, commercials, products, models, social media and advertisements
- Edit and retouch photographs and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
- Manage client relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the business stays competitive

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing a team and delivering results.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional photography and videography services for weddings, commercials, products, models, social media and advertisements.
- Proficiency in photography and videography software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
