Digital Content Specialist

**Duties**:
Under the direction of the Marketing Director, maintains all 379th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron (EFSS) online and digital marketing content and assists with creation of marketing collateral, content and campaigns. Serves as primary online marketing
administrator for the 379th EFSS. Maintains on line channels and digital platforms, including but not limited to: websites, social
Marketing Director in developing communication strategies to determine the most effective and efficient method of reaching the
target market. Works with the Facility Managers/Supervisors, Marketing Assistants and the Marketing Director for updates to the
content of the various webpages/files/ticket system requests. Makes recommendations to activity managers on the design of effective advertising vehicles and appropriate online media mix. Assists in planning marketing campaigns designed to enhance participation in squadron activities considering the characteristics of the target audience and the media mix necessary to reach them. Assists in
administering surveys, collecting data, tabulating responses, and analyzing results. Tracks user analytics and aggregate data for each on line platform. Explores search engine optimization and utilizes analytics as applicable. Works with other regular suppor1 functions (Public Affairs) as needed to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination. Must be mobile and attend FSS events to offer
live streaming and recruitment to our social platforms. Adheres to Air Force guidance for security. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifying Experience**:
Must possess a broad understanding of web-based trends and technologies. Must have familiarized training in web development and design. Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Must have knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. Must demonstrate good customer service and have strong communication skills. Must be proficient in web design and maintenance. Must analystical problem-solving and organizational skills. Must be able to satisfactory complete a pre-employment physical and drug test. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).

**Education**:
