Mep Supervisor-facility Management

Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced **MEP Supervisor** for **a facility maintenance** project under the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC).

The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing technical teams, and ensuring the effective execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance activities within a healthcare facility environment.

The MEP Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage technicians, and ensure the smooth execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance activities in a healthcare facility setting.

**Position: MEP Supervisor**

**Location: Rawdath Al Kahil**

**Employment Type: 2 months (with possible extension)**

**Salary: QAR 3,500/month (all-inclusive package)**

**Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week**

**Joining Date: Immediate**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance operations on-site.
- Coordinate with technicians across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all work complies with PHCC standards, safety protocols, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting.
- Maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with facility engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Minimize disruptions to healthcare operations during maintenance work.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably in facility maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Prior experience in healthcare or other high-priority facilities (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance work orders, technical drawings, and site plans.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) is mandatory.
