**Key Job Accountabilities**
- Interface with Project FEED & EPC Contractor for the Environmental Assessment plans (MEBS & EIA), Environmental Permit Conditions, Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Management Plans during Project stages
- Work with EPC Contractor to establish early Project Environmental deliverables and reporting requirements
- Interface with various Project Teams and departments on resolving related issues that requires effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration
- Prepare or revise when necessary the Project Environmental and regulatory documents,
- Review Contractor's Project Environmental Documents as specified within the Contract HSE Exhibit
- Oversee Contractor Environmental Management Program(EMP) and its compliance to Company requirements
- Interacts and liaise with Stakeholders: Company, RLIC and Contractors
- Develop and maintains effective relationships with Contractors, licensor and vendors to ensure achievement of Project objectives,
- Liaise with vessel Contractor/Environmental Services Contractor for Marine Environmental Baseline Survey (MEBS) Preparedness and Execution
- Engage in EIA, ENVID, dispersion modelling and emission inventory studies to ensure compliance with environmental standards
- Regular contact with key interfaces to update and provide recommendations for the successful execution of Project activities
- Communicate Environmental permit requirements, applicable regulations, Company policies to the EPC Contractor to ensure permit requirements, and Company requirements, as applicable to Project activities are implemented and Environmental Acton Plans(EAP) maintained
- Ensure that Contractor environmental training program is properly implemented as per the requirements of the Contract HSE Exhibit and Project HSE&S Plan
- Conducts periodic meetings with the Contractor Environmental Lead to review progress and report on the Project status
- Provide consolidated weekly and monthly Environmental activity reports to the Head of HSE-I1P1 project
- Participate in the weekly and monthly HSE meetings organized by Contractor (as per Contract requirements)
- Participate in investigation, reporting, coordination and response/follow up to incidents including environmental complaints against Project activities, non-compliance, spills and discharges.
- Perform audits of Contractor environmental protection activities and complete post construction reports

Mi**nimum Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering / Environment Engineering / Science or equivalent, with adequate experience in offshore Environmental surveys & Assessments, environmental projects, offshore and onshore environmental management programs.

Knowledge and/or Experience:

- Stakeholder engagement: Company Offshore & Onshore, Company Major Projects, RLC and Contractors: EPC, FEED and Environmental
- Minimum 5 years' experience in environmental field
- Oversee compliance-Contractor Environmental Management Plans
- Prior Experience in Oil & Gas sector Onshore and Offshore a pre-requisite
- Prior Experience to lead offshore Marine Environmental Assessments pre-requisite
- Experience of Company and RLC Permit systems-EPTW, ECPW, NOL- pre-requisite

Technical and Business Skills:

- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
Proficiency modelling software ( Air Disperson, Spills etc)
- Environmental calculations (flaring, GHG)
- Marine Environmental surveys
- Permitting interface and Stakeholder engagement
