Category: Oil and Gas Industry: Oil & Gas City/Country: Doha, Qatar Location: Qatar **International Oil&Gas Company if looking for a Head of Engineering** Job Location: Qatar, Onshore Contract Term in Months: 36 Months (Till 31 Mar 2026) Start Date: As soon as possible Working Schedule Work hours per day: 10 hrs./day Workdays per Week: 6 days/week Workday per Month: 26 days/month **Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in engineering - 15 years of broad experience in all project phases, i.e. engineering, procurement and construction, in particularly in Brownfield engineering - At least five (5) years of specific project in Brownfield execution especially into multi-disciplines engineering management role on a major offshore oil and gas facility project. - Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, those involved in the engineering of major offshore oil and gas facilities. **Job Description Highlights**: - Responsible for engineering of Brownfield modification on the COMPANY existing facilities, as part of the essential scope to support the Project's start up (Major Compression Complexes) and Loading Facility - Ensures execution of the project is completed within approved project parameters including safety and quality. - Coordinates across multiple Compression EPC Contracts to ensure alignment in design. - Coordinates pooled, functional resources to provide oversight of contractor activities and ensure completion of Company responsibilities to achieve project objectives. - Has a critical role in ensuring alignment with both internal and external disciplines, functions, and stakeholders which is essential for achieving project objectives. - Owner of key process in particularly The COMPANY Shutdown management plan, systems, and reviews which ensure the quality and completeness of technical deliverables required for proper execution of the work."
