KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reviews tender documents, specifications, drawings/details and BOQ’s

2. Obtain price quotation and ensure all required tender materials, subcontracted works, equipment and manpower as per the BOQ and tender specifications.

3. Taking off quantities for procuring or ordering materials.

4. Responsible for preparing variations that arise during the execution of projects

5. Prepares evaluation for monthly statement which includes recommendation on interim payments, statement of claims and anticipated claims from contractors

6. Preparation of various quantity surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, bill of quantities and cost estimates.

7. Submitting tenders for complete interior fit‐out projects including joinery works, upholstery works, drapery works and soft furnishing items.

8. Coordinates with other sub‐consultants and contractors regarding other related issues.

9. Bid out construction works by holding meetings and final negotiations.

10. Inquire prices, coordinate and assists Procurement manager with regards to quantities and prices.

11. Concept Visualization / Designer so that budget will meet.

12. Can recommend Materials / Finishes for interior works.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
