Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

- Supervise daily operations of the cleaning staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule cleaning assignments to optimize staff efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards and procedures are met.

Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning staff to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Address and resolve any employee issues or conflicts in a timely manner.

Customer Service:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct client feedback surveys and implement improvements based on the feedback received.

Quality Control:

- Develop and implement cleaning protocols and standards to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and maintained properly.

Administrative Duties:

- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and staff productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and restocking cleaning supplies.

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure all cleaning operations comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct safety training and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cleaning Manager or similar role in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in cleaning.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in management or related fields is a plus.
