**HVAC Technician - Mga Pangunahing Tungkulin**
- Mag-install, magpanatili, at magsagawa ng pagkukumpuni sa mga HVAC system (split, package, central units, chillers).
- Magsagawa ng regular na preventive maintenance at troubleshooting.
- I-monitor ang antas ng refrigerant at tiyaking maayos ang pag-andar ng mga AC components.
- Panatilihin ang kalidad ng hangin at bentilasyon ayon sa mga pamantayan sa kalusugan.
- Tumugon agad sa mga work order at reklamo ng kliyente.
- Magpanatili ng mga log at ulat para sa mga maintenance activities.

**BMS Operator - Mga Pangunahing Tungkulin**
- I-monitor at kontrolin ang Building Management System (BMS) para sa HVAC, ilaw, fire system, elevator, at mga sistema ng enerhiya.
- Tumugon sa mga alarma at pagkakamali; magsagawa ng agarang aksyon.
- Tiyakin ang optimal na performance ng gusali sa pamamagitan ng pagsusuri ng system data at trend.
- Makipag-ugnayan sa maintenance team para sa physical inspection base sa BMS alerts.
- Magpanatili ng mga rekord at gumawa ng ulat ukol sa paggamit ng enerhiya at kahusayan ng system.
- Suportahan ang mga sustainability efforts sa pamamagitan ng mahusay na kontrol ng system.

**Electrician - Mga Pangunahing Tungkulin**
- Mag-install, magsuri, at magpanatili ng mga electrical system, kable, panel, at ilaw.
- Mag-troubleshoot at kumpunihin ang mga sirang kuryente o circuit sa ligtas na paraan.
- Magsagawa ng preventive maintenance sa kagamitan tulad ng generator, UPS, at distribution boards.
- Sundin ang mga electrical code at safety procedures sa lahat ng gawain.
- Magbasa ng mga technical diagram at blueprint para sa pag-install o pagkukumpuni.
- Tumulong sa emergency power restoration at testing ng mga kagamitan.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
