**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive for Cleaning & Hospitality Services is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients. This role involves promoting cleaning and hospitality services, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads for cleaning and hospitality services.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the cleaning and hospitality sectors.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase services and solutions.
- Address client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of cleaning and hospitality services to potential clients.
- Customize service packages based on client requirements and budgets.
- Stay updated on new service offerings to effectively promote them to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Work closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Share client feedback with relevant departments to improve service quality.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on sales goals and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
- Analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or hospitality industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively.

**Key Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
