We are a well-established manpower recruitment company, with a proven track record of providing quality staffing solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced female marketing professional to join our team.

**Job Description**:
As a female marketing professional for our overseas manpower recruitment division, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services to potential clients overseas
- Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Managing and coordinating marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and social media
- Working closely with our recruitment team to ensure that our marketing efforts align with our business goals and recruitment targets
- Traveling to overseas locations as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the overseas recruitment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Willingness to travel overseas as needed
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
