**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Assign duties to laundry staff and monitor performance
- Ensure proper use of laundry equipment and monitor for maintenance needs
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and quality control measures
- Train and mentor laundry staff to enhance performance and productivity
- Address customer concerns and resolve garment-related issues professionally
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on laundry operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in laundry operations (hospitality, commercial laundry, or healthcare sector preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and equipment
- Ability to manage a team and resolve operational issues effectively
- Currently based in Qatar
- Valid QID and transferable NOC
- Able to join immediately
