**1. Reservation Agent (Bilingual)**

Male & Female English and Arabic Fluent, French is a plus.

**Job Description**:

- Take Customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support to all guests.
- Call clients and customers to inform them about Heenat Salma new offerings, services and policy changes.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
- Review customer accounts, providing updates and information if necessary.
- Liaise with other departments for special requests or other important information about a guest’s preference.
- Anticipating the guest needs and demand, building good relationships with them
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g., confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Maintaining the detailed information of room rates, offers, current promotions, upgrade and packages
- Giving top quality service to the guest as per hotel SOP.
- Have a good understanding of all the products we offer and any new updates. Experience in a 4 stars hotel.

**2. Reception Agent (Bilingual),**
Male & Female, English and Arabic Fluent, French is a plus.

**Job Description**:

- Greet guests in a friendly & professional manner.
- Perform accurate check-ins & check-outs of guests daily.
- Handle reception desk duties during the main business hours.
- Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift and ensuring it balances correctly at the end of shift.
- Coordinate with staff regarding client payment collections.
- Anticipating the guest needs and demand, building good relationships with them.
- Help with certain tasks (e.g., confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Maintaining the detailed information of room rates, offers, current promotions, upgrade, and packages
- Giving top quality service to the guest as per hotel SOP.
- Have a good understanding of all the products we offer and any new updates.
- Experience in a 4 stars hotel.
