**Position**: Licensed Physiotherapist (Arabic Only) **Starting Salary**: QAR 6,000 - QAR 7,000 (Full package / All in) **Facility**: Wellness and Diet Center **Position Overview**:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions that affect their physical well-being. Your expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues will contribute to enhancing patients' quality of life and promoting their overall health. **Responsibilities**: **Assessment and Evaluation**: - Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and relevant diagnostic reports. - Perform objective evaluations to identify functional limitations, pain levels, and movement restrictions. - Interpret assessment results to formulate personalized treatment plans. **Treatment Planning and Implementation**: - Design and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on restoring mobility, improving strength, and alleviating pain. - Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, exercises, manual therapies, and specialized equipment as appropriate for each patient's needs. - Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patients' progress and changing conditions. **Patient Education**: - Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and the importance of adhering to prescribed exercises and therapies. - Provide guidance on posture, ergonomics, and preventive measures to promote long-term well-being. - Empower patients to actively participate in their recovery process. **Documentation and Communication**: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Communicate treatment goals, progress, and recommendations to patients, their families, and referring physicians. **Innovation and Professional Development**: - Stay updated with advancements in physiotherapy techniques, research, and evidence-based practices. - Continuously improve your skills through workshops, seminars, and ongoing education to provide the best care possible. - Contribute ideas to enhance the clinic's treatment methodologies and patient experiences. **Qualifications**: - A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. - Valid licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction. - Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to make accurate assessments. - Proficiency in designing and implementing effective treatment plans. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients and colleagues. - Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to patient care. - Physical stamina and manual dexterity necessary to perform therapeutic techniques. - Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries. - Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - In which country are you currently located? - Which country are you from?
