**Job Description**:

- The Public Relations Expert is responsible for managing, promoting and protecting the reputation of the Client.
- The role will be required to liaise and manage all the public relations matters related to the delivery of the multi-billion Qatari Riyal Programme for Qatar.
- The position is responsible for liaison, management and marketing of all Public Relations matters.

**Qualifications**:
**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience in a public relations role preferably with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes - preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail-related experience.
- Sound knowledge of all aspects of public relations in the construction industry involving delivery of large complex infrastructure projects.
- University degree from a recognised University in an appropriate field such as business, marketing, public relations, communications, management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English language, both written and spoken.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Ashghal/Government procedures
- Ashghal client-side experience.
- Experience of working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Driver’s Licence.

**Desirable requirements**:

- Evidence of suitable professional qualification or equivalent is preferable.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
