**About the Job**
Welcome and help guests, making sure they enjoy their visit. Make each guest feel special, help with VIP services, and keep front desk tasks organized. Your job helps guests feel happy and want to return.

**Main Duties**
- Smile and greet guests at check-in, check-out, and anytime you see them.
- Notice what guests need and tell them about hotel services and local attractions.
- Quickly answer questions and solve problems so guests feel important.
- Give extra attention to VIP guests and handle special requests.
- Set up birthday surprises or special room requests, taking care of details.
- Tell guests about hotel restaurants, special offers, and packages.
- Keep guest areas neat and clean.
- Work with other teams like housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage.
- Collect guest feedback and share ideas with your manager.
- Always look neat and professional and be a positive, helpful team member.

**Qualifications**
- Hospitality or hotel guest experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Polite, patient, and able to stay calm when busy.
- Well-organized and can do several things at once.
- Knows how to use hotel software and basic computer programs.
- Willing to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Enjoys helping people and wants to provide great service.
