**Job Description**:
- This position shall provide Risk Management support to the Risk Manager in terms of delivery of a Project(s).
- Responsible for assisting with the overall management of a comprehensive corporate risk management/insurance program with a concentration on risk identification, risk transfer and risk retention techniques.

**Qualifications**:
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes. preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail
- related experience.
- Demonstrable history in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project controls/risk management procedures.
- University degree from a recognised university in an appropriate field such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Ashghal/Government procedures.
- Ashghal client-side experience

**Desirable requirements**:
- Evidence of suitable professional qualification PMI-RMP or equivalent is preferable.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Arabic language skills.
- Experience of working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region
- Experience of working with Risk related software such as ARM (Active Risk Manager), Risk Ware etc.
