**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and lead reformer pilates class for a diverse group of clients.
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications to ensure client safety and optimize results.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
- Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner, building strong relationships to foster client retention.
- Collaborate with the fitness team and management on class schedules, client needs, and studio initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Pilates Instructor with accreditation from a recognized institution
- Experience teaching group classes and providing one-on-one instruction if needed.
- Specialized in prenatal Pilates is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt exercises to meet the needs of clients with varying skill levels and physical abilities.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible working hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on the class schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Experience**:

- Pilates: 2 years (preferred)
