**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Oversee the daily operation of the liquid soap and detergent production facility.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet diverse product demand.
- Manage multiple production lines for a variety of liquid soap and detergent types (hand soap, laundry detergent, floor cleaner, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and environmental impact.
- Identify and troubleshoot production problems, minimizing downtime and product loss.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- **Formulation Development**:

- Work with the R&D team to develop new liquid soap and detergent formulations, tailored for specific cleaning needs and markets.
- Conduct pilot plant trials and scale-up of new formulations.
- Optimize existing formulations for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously review and improve production processes for increased efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability.
- Implement new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities and automation.
- Conduct research and development projects to improve product quality and performance.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations for liquid soap and detergent products.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing protocols for various formulations.
- Oversee product testing and analysis to ensure consistent quality, performance, and safety.
- **Safety and Environment**:

- Prioritize the safety of personnel and the environment in all aspects of operations.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and training programs for specific chemical handling and production protocols.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and waste management protocols for various cleaning product ingredients.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of production operators and technicians.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members in production, quality control, and safety.
- Foster a safe, collaborative, and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and operating a chemical production facility for liquid soap and/or detergent products.
- Strong knowledge of liquid soap and detergent manufacturing processes, including formulation development, mixing, heating, cooling, filtration, and packaging.
- Experience with process optimization, quality control, and safety procedures within chemical production.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
