**Job Title**: Sushi Chef**Job Criteria / Requirements**:Education and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
- Formal culinary training is preferred, especially in Japanese cuisine.
- Experience in handling various types of sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi, temaki, etc.).

**Key Skills**:

- Expert knife skills and ability to handle raw fish with precision and safety.
- In-depth knowledge of sushi-grade seafood, rice preparation, and food hygiene.
- Ability to prepare and present sushi dishes creatively and attractively.
- Strong sense of taste, smell, and presentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all types of sushi, including sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sushi bar and utensils.
- Monitor inventory and request orders as necessary.
- Interact with customers when needed to provide recommendations or explain dishes.

**Certifications (if applicable)**:

- Food Safety & Hygiene Certification.

Pay: Up to QAR2,200.00 per month
