Our company is seeking to hire a Male Camp Boss to oversee all aspect of the accommodation including staff concern, maintenance and ensuring the health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Educational Qualification**:A degree from standard high school or vocational school with 3 years GCC experience with same role.

Skills, Training, Experience
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people and the general public.
- Ability to control the employees from multi-cultural and different nationalities backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to deal with different urgent situations.
- Ability to report on time.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

Authorities,

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages and coordinates maintenance and repairs on camp facilities, including security, cleaning, and maintenance duties.
- Operate dining facilities.
- Responsibility for checking and record in and out camp gates and non-working groups.
- Inspects all camp facilities and reports to relevant personnel.
- Supervises and orients camp Laborers.
- Responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies.
- Responsibility for weekly camp attendance summary, financial records and other required reports.
- Responsibility for the security of camp facilities and camp personnel.
- Responsibility for inventory and ordering of equipment and supplies related to the camp facility.
- Maintains liaison with Operations team and HR Department.
- Reporting all personal behaviors inside camp work as required.
- Conduct Weekly/ Monthly rooms inspections to ensure compliance with company-related policies.
