**Role**

Our Doha office non-contentious construction team acts for a wide array of industry participants across the Middle East, including KSA, Qatar, Abu-Dhabi, Dubai, and Oman. They regularly act for governmental departments, international developers, SPV project companies, owners, lenders, contractors, and equipment suppliers on the largest real estate and construction projects being procured in the Middle East.

As part of the non-contentious construction team, you will have the latest technology at your finger-tips to assist you in your day-to-day work assisting clients and personal development.**

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting and leading on a large variety of transactions;
- Building and maintaining existing client relationships;
- Contributing to market knowledge;
- Contributing to business development.

**Experience, Skills & Knowledge**
- Strong academic background.
- Scottish or English qualified preferable.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating real estate and construction contractual documentation is essential.
- Experience in the Middle East infrastructure, real estate, and construction markets is preferable but not essential.
- Experience of FIDIC based Construction Contracts (including other main standard forms), consultant appointments, and collateral warranties preferable.
- Wider experience of EPC contracts, operational and maintenance agreements, and project agreements would be beneficial but not essential.
- Strong team player.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of junior lawyers and paralegals. Ambitious and self-motivated.
