We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Diet Chef to join one of our palaces. In this role, you will work be working closely with our guests, head butler, and household leads to support and develop the dietary needs of our guests.

Responsibility
- Responsible for production of meals for guests on Special Diets requested by the Trusted Dietitian.
- To make ensure all the food is prepared with care and attention, particularly regarding guests' request special dietary requirements: for example, Allergen free, low fiber, salt-free, no added salt, Vegan, Low residue, protein food.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following HACCP procedures and in compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations.
- Ensure quality standards are achieved at all times in regards to recipe specifications and measurements, adapting weights and measures to always provide correct meals for the dietary requirements of guests.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a hospital environment
- Required with qualified course certifications
- Knowledge of Special diets such as Clean, Allergic, Complex, Low Calories, High Energy, and High and Low Protein.
- Perfect presentation and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Diet Chef: 3 years (required)

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- 5706/2 or NVQ2 chef qualification, or equivalent (required)
